- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. It was a truly wonderful space for a photoshoot. It was clean, organized and beautiful. The only difficulty was getting in to the place because the door codes we received were outdated, but once we were in, the space was incredible!

Beautiful space, easy to get in and out. Not my favorite location as it is very gloomy. As a photographer it is not ideal for lighting. Definitely beautiful but will not rent again due to lighting.
