About the Space

One of a kind house in the heart of Dallas, central to Uptown, Downtown, Deep Ellum and M-Street. This 2014 built home boasts 2200 SF of living space. The home offers a contemporary open concept with quality furnishings, equipped chef's kitchen and includes a spacious backyard, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2-car private garage.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has additional space outdoors

Amazing space. We filmed a shot here, and it looked awesome on camera. I am extremely pleased with the shots we got. The neighborhood was also quiet so we didn't have any sound interference during our shoot. Alishan was very responsive, and getting in and out and everything was all very easy and straightforward.

It was an amazing space to shoot in! Great lighting, nice modern layout. And Alishan was quick to respond to all my questions and made it a smooth and easy process for accessing the house on the day of the shoot. Would definitely consider shooting here again.
