The loft is an intimate live space/work space little gem located in the historic district of Pioneer Square. I love sharing it's unique qualities with other photographers! It has a fully functional kitchen and bathroom, which is extremely helpful for people working in the loft. Right outside the loft you have access to amazing walls with great texture, graffiti murals just blocks away and all the nooks and crannies that shooting in the city has to offer. It is also across the street from the Water Taxi, which takes you to West Seattle within 15 minutes. You are just a walk away from shops, restaurants, the light rail, Pike Place Market and so much more. FEATURES // 900 square feet, white floors, white walls, exposed brick and window light (please note, there is only one window). Stool, ladder, dress form and clothing rack are available for use. The platform near the window (8x5 feet) is perfect for hair and makeup setup. IDEAL FOR // Small scale fashion shoots, couples shoots, boudoir, headshots and product photography. TO NOTE // Lighting & seamless setup will need to be brought with you. PARKING // There is street parking as well as paid lots all over Pioneer Square. Specifically, there is a paid lot on the corner of Yesler and Alaskan Way. Another one is on 1st And Columbia (next to US Bank). TRANSPORTATION // Located just blocks away from the Pioneer Square light rail station at 3rd and Yesler. Easily accessible via many bus lines to and from downtown. INSTAGRAM // @loftpioneersquare

It was wonderful! Very clean and looked just like the photos. Great light, and perfect for my boho-styled boudoir session. I loved it and I would absolutely rent it again. :) Oh, and Elizabeth was so kind and easy to work with, a total pleasure!
The space was cute, clean and fun to shoot in. Be aware it is a residence and not a studio. The photos were slightly misleading about the amount of light in the space, so be sure to bring your own lighting! I had a chat with Elizabeth prior to my session and was able to prepare with proper lighting gear. Great for a lifestyle shoot!
Liz was *amazing* (helpful, friendly, etc) and the space was *fantastic* - dynamic, with lots of different light scenes and moods. Would definitely recommend/will definitely revisit!
