Available 7-days a week | 6am-5:30am* This historic loft is 3,000 square feet. There is a kitchen, large restroom (male/female), 1 open office, a closed office, and the main room area. It's a beautiful loft with great ambience and energy. There is a lot of natural light during the day, thanks to our 20 foot high ceilings. *The space has successfully been used for private dinners, live music events, as an art gallery, a pop up shop, and even an auction space. *No loud music after 11pm. *Clean up policy: Everything must be returned as received. *All trash must be taken to the dumpster. If you fail to take trash and return space as received there will be $100 fee. *If serving alcohol, uber/lyft is suggested for your guest or proof of designated drivers. ***No alcohol can be sold. Licensed bartender needed to serve alcohol. *For events larger then 40 people, an additional $200 is added for security and additional parking (required by property manager). *Please make sure that your booking time is enough time for set up and breakdown. Any overtime will be charged x 1.5 no exceptions unless discussed otherwise. Please book enough time for your event.
