This historic loft is 3,000 square feet. There is a kitchen, large restroom (male/female), 1 open office, a closed office, and the main room area. It's a beautiful loft with great ambience and energy. There is a lot of natural light during the day, thanks to our 20 foot high ceilings. The loft is located in an art district close and accessible to the dome, downtown, and midtown (approximately 5 minutes away). There is public transportation within walking distance from the loft. Parking is available alongside the building and in one big parking lot nearby. Available for: Wedding showers Baby showers Wedding receptions Bachelor/bachelorette parties Private dinners/parties Small intimate weddings ...and so much more Seated capacity: 50 Standing capacity: 80 For events with more then 40 people an additional $200 will be added for parking and security. Please make sure that your booking time is enough time for set up and breakdown. Any overtime will be charged x 1.5 no exceptions unless discussed otherwise. Please book enough time for your event. The space has successfully been used for private dinners, live music events, as an art gallery, a pop up shop, and even an auction space. The venue is so open you can turn it into anything! Outside catering is permitted! For in-house catering/decoration services, read on: Breakfast & Lunch catering: on average $15.00- $25.00 per person (beverage included) Dinner catering: on average $35.00-$50.00 per person (beverage included) Liquor package: $200 minimum Decorations: on average $100-$1,000 depending on event
Clean up policy: Everything must be returned as received. No loud music after 11pm. If serving alcohol, uber/lyft is suggested for your guest or proof of designated drivers. ***No alcohol can be sold. Licenced bartender needed to serve alcohol. All trash must be taken to the dumpster. For events larger then 40 people, an additional $200 is added for security and additional parking (required by property manager). If you fail to take trash and return space as received there will be $100 fee.
