It's a beautiful loft with great ambience and energy. There is a lot of natural light during the day, thanks to our 20 foot high ceilings. *The space has successfully been used for private lunches, presentations, and even an auction space. For in-house catering/decoration services, read on: Breakfast & Lunch catering: avg $15- $25pp (beverage included) Dinner catering: avg $35-$50pp (beverage included) --Additional Services-- *Chairs, tables are not provided with the price and are an additional cost. *Liquor package: $200 minimum *Decorations: on average $100-$1,000 depending on event *For bookings with 35+ people, an additional $200 will be added for parking and security. --Convenience-- The loft is located in an art district close and accessible to the dome, downtown, and midtown (approximately 5 minutes away). There is public transportation within walking distance from the loft. Parking is available alongside the building and in one big parking lot nearby.
Clean up policy: Everything must be returned as received. If serving alcohol, uber/lyft is suggested for your guest or proof of designated drivers. ***No alcohol can be sold. served by licenced bartender. All trash must be taken to the dumpster.
