About the Space

Located in the historic Helms Bakery Building in Culver City, California, this is Our ALLEY STUDIO which is one of two 2000sq. ft. gorgeous photo studios that can be used independently, or together with our HALL studio to create a 4000 sq. ft. space with 2 stages, 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms when combined. With a host of restaurants nearby, prop houses, rental houses, and 20 minutes from the LAX airport and 13 minutes to Marina Del Rey, this is a prime studio location for your shoot or event. Interior parking is available and there are two outdoor lots and metered street parking. The ALLEY stage has a hair & make-up room, wireless internet, AC & heat, an 11’ wide rolling door, 18’ wide x 33’ deep (painted 21’ deep) cove and a loft for lounging, lunching or staging wardrobe.

Rules

Cleaning: The studio needs to be returned to the condition in which it was found. Trash needs to be removed and dishes and flatware and glasses need to be cleaned and put away. If the hair and make-up area is used, be sure to vacuum the area as well as clean off the make-up table. Insurance: An insurance rider must be provided prior to the shoot date, naming Toby Pederson Inc., Richard Ruthsatz and Walter N. Marks, Inc. as additional insured for One Million U.S. Dollars.
