We suggest utilizing one of our interior spaces to supplement the event, however it is not mandatory. Clients are welcome to bring in tenting vendor granting all permits requirements are met. ADDITIONAL FEES There is a service fee applied to all bookings dependent upon number of attendees. ROOFTOP REGULATIONS Rooftop Terrace is a public access space during office hours (Mon-Fri, 10am to 5pm), therefore can only be rented after 5pm, and at any time on the weekends. GENERAL REGULATIONS We have a no open flame policy here at our venue and are located in a Non-smoking building. Smoking is not allowed under any circumstances. Violators will be subject to penalty. ACCESS TO THE SPACE Spaces that are not agreed to will be blocked off and closed from access. For each event we require a signed License Agreement and Security deposit fully refundable per the license agreement. SETUP & BREAKDOWN Each event receives a complimentary 1.5 hours free load-in and load-out time. If additional time is needed to set up for your event, do let us know and we will be more than happy to provide you with the additional pricing information. LOAD-IN & LOAD-OUT Our facility is not in operation for 24-hours. Our earliest load-in time is 6:00am, and latest vacancy is typically 12:00am. However do let us know if you have any special requests. There is no freight elevator to our club. All items being delivered must be done through our standard building elevator. For heavy loading, there are designated time to which items may be delivered. Please ask us more details regarding large loading. For events with large load-ins, delivered items must first be staged outside the building, and brought into the lobby only in increments that would fit in one elevator load at a time. Items must not be staged inside the lobby, nor impede on any tenant traffic. If your booking requires a full day of loading in and out then this fee will apply. $6,000 *Monday-Friday Flat Rental Rate for 8-hour Load In/Load Out ONLY $8,000 *Saturday-Sunday Flat Rental Rate for 8-hour Load In/Load Out ONLY CATERING We allow alcohol in our facility, so long as the caterer/vendor serving the alcohol has Liquor Liability covered in their Certificate of Insurance. You are more than welcome to bring in any vendor/caterer whom you'd like, so long as they can provide an up-to-date Certificate of Insurance that meets all of our requirements. SECURITY DEPOSIT For each event we require a Security deposit fully refundable per the license agreement. INSURANCE Additional event insurance is required and may be obtained through eventhelper.com
The venue was great and Melissa Fearon from One Kearny Club was amazing with our event and helped make our event super easy & fun! She was always quick to respond to my emails/questions and night of event she was present and always there when needed. For sure we will book this venue again for future evetns!
