This screening room can be configured in a number of ways! Screen a film to 18 using the comfy theatre-style chairs or reconfigure for a presentation for large group of 50 with smaller chairs (additional set up fee). This is a great space for a large group looking to present, workshop, and get creative. Adjacent outdoor terrace and lounge area/bar may be requested for use during your event at an additional fee to the screening room. PLEASE CONFIRM SET UP PRIOR TO BOOKING
*Please ask a team member for help with TV set up* Please keep sliding glass doors closed to cut down on noise. Please be neighborly and remember to clean up after yourself. Guests may bring in their own food or alcohol- please label well for delivery. We provide filtered hot and cold water and have microwaves, Keurig machines, refrigerators, freezers and an ice machine on premises.
The venue and host were absolutely wonderful! The space is beautiful and I would absolutely book again. One thing to note for presentations is that the sliding glass doors should be shut while the speaker is presenting because the elevator sounds and other renters on the floor can be noisy/distracting. Definitely a great space that I will be renting again!
This space is nice but my booking wasn't handled correctly from the beginning. I was told we would have access to the entire floor but upon arrival there were others working our space very loudly and I asked nicely if they could please quiet down and was responded to very nastily. Karen came down and did let me know we didn't have access to the floor but could for the following day for a fee. We were able to work out a discounted rate since the booking was mishandled from the beginning. Arriving the 2nd day, there were still people using the floors kitchen and conference rooms so I had gone upstairs to double check we did have use of the floor and it was confirmed. I had to ask people throughout the day to leave the floor when Karen came down to let me know she was supposed to do that I just needed to let her know. Even after we talked, there was a walk through of the space and more people coming down. After all this Karen did refund us the fee for the inconvenience. We were supposed to have the entire floor again for our final day but again people were using the conference rooms so I needed to head upstairs again to have someone from the company ask them to leave. It was a very long and frustrating process; while Karen did do her best to help and rectify the situation it still wasn't the best experience. I wouldn't book again just because it was very far from our office and after this I would much rather stick closer to the office. Karen was helpful in communicating but trying to wrangle 40 people in the midst of this wasn't great.
I took my students to NYC and booked this space for a Designer Presentation. We had a wonderful time! The space was clean and everything was set up to our request. The only thing was, my Point of Contact "Olivia" wasn't my POC... so an updated profile/contact would have been appreciated. I also had to call to get more information like what floor the room was at and etc. I would have liked to have all of the information via email after our booking was confirmed.
