I do everything that I can to provide a comfortable and safe area with all the things you will need such as electrical outlets. I have a limited number of chairs also available. And a large tree in the back yard for shade. The cleaning fee is charged to prepare the space for your arrival and for a site manager. You are expected to return the property in the same condition as it was prepared for you.
