My loft is a large penthouse that has 30-foot ceilings, quality decor, spacious rooms, a balcony off the living room, and a large terrace that has spectacular views of the Los Angeles Skyline. My indoor space is perfect for film shoots, interviews, and promotional videos. Everything inside and outside the unit is able to be moved and dressed accordingly for your project's requirements. The terrace has been used in multiple shoots for fitness videos, music videos, party scenes, and interviews. The bedrooms are great for getting different set designs. Each bedroom has a completely different color palate ranging from Hollywood Glam, Modern Pop Art, and a Dark Masculine Den. Personally, I've worked in various aspects of production, managing for 6 years, so I understand many aspects of filming including lighting, children wrangling, scheduling efficiency, and set safety requirements. *One private parking space is available for your crew. Metered parking and all-day parking lots are offered all around the neighborhood. *If you have over a 20 person crew it is best to schedule a local lot. I would be happy to direct you to the right person or company to lock this down. * Have PA's make a general sweep of the house for water bottles and plates before exiting the property and put back all furniture in its original place. * A property manager will be onsite to answer any questions and ensure a smooth production. Please report any broken or damaged items immediately so we can have them repaired prior to the next booking. * Please be respectful of our neighbors with regards to noise. * Setup, teardown and cleanup are included in your booking time. If you need additional time please just let us know. We are there for you! *If you need to schedule a honeywagon for talent or additional restrooms we work with Hollywood Honey Wagons. Honeywagons require a permit from Film LA to be parked, and are needed for all sets over 45 people or Union sets that are for over 5 hours. Have your location manager contact me. Additional Info: - - - Insurance required? Yes, general dice insurance is required for all productions except for social media videos, live broadcasts, and demo reels. Deposit required? A 200 dollar PayPal or check must be issued upon entering the location. The check will be given back within 48 hours of wrap. If damages do incur during the duration of usage we will email you and invoice with pictures and an estimate for repairs. Drones allowed? Yes Trailers allowed? Yes Pets allowed? There are regular city sounds however it is much quieter since the unit is in the back of the building off the street protected by two buildings. How many outlets are available? Where are they? Every room has a minimum of 4 separate outlets. Power has never been an issue with any productions before. How many bathrooms do you have? 2 Is there dedicated space available for hair & makeup? Yes What is the natural light like (exposure, # of windows)? All three bedrooms have one large window. The living area has one set of sliding glass doors and one window. Overall, the penthouse has fairly bright exposure depending on the time of day. Jamie was 100% available at all times for questions and even gave me a tour pre-booking to make sure the place was right. The pictures directly reflected how the apartment looked in person and we will definitely book again.
Easy Peasy! Jamie and her team accommodated us during our small web production. The location was exactly as anticipated and parking was more accessible than expected. If we need a location like this again, we will most certainly be thinking of Jamie first.
I rented Jamie's space for a NYE party with about 40 friends and it was amazing. The pictures are accurate, in fact, they don't really do it justice. The top roof deck is incredible with great views and tons of room. The fire pit and space heaters were more than enough to keep everyone warm all night long. Jamie is kind, generous, responsive, and flexible. She allowed us to add additional hours if we needed the extra time, but she also helped us clean at the end so we could leave in time without having to pay for an extra hour. I would highly recommend this place, and I look forward to booking her space again if/when I have the opportunity.
Jamie was Amazing! She made my video shoot an awesome experience. She was always readily available to answer any questions and/or concerns. She provided some great suggestions for scenes, angles, etc. Her penthouse is very clean and spacious and looked great on the shots! The view from the rooftop terrace was breathtaking! Will definitely be booking again!
