About the Space

This space a unique and versatile penthouse nestled high on a historic gem in the financial district. The loft-like layout and appointed assembly make it perfect for a corporate gathering or private event. Enjoy soaring city views through wrap-around windows and a 2,000 square-foot roof deck. Perfect for a confidential gatherings, happy hour or networking event. SPACE FEATURES Rooftop penthouse + boardroom Outdoor patio + bar 2,000 ft² event space 80 guest capacity Outside catering allowed ADDITIONAL SERVICES + RENTALS Available 24/7, additional fees added for security ($200 4 hr min + $50/hr after) outside of building hours M-F 9am-5pm) Please note we do host weddings! We require a $10k buyout for weddings, this is the event fee and does not include security and janitorial.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

Such a cool, unique space.. I got so many compliments.. I hosted an offsite meeting for about 10 people and we fit snugly in the meeting room. The kitchen/lounge area provided a great place for us to enjoy lunch (the patio would have been nice but it's wintertime). Such interesting decor all around it feels like it would be a cool bachelor pad! Projector/screen were provided for our meeting. There's a ton of space outside too so this would be a cool spot for an outdoor, summertime event, complete with a bar!

This space is literally phenomenal. I have spread the word around my office and global company of 6000+ to utilize this venue for future engagements. Host, Molly, is super responsive and a delight to work with. We will be back!

Beautiful space, good sound system, nice rooms and furniture, perfect for a rooftop party. Limited counter space in the kitchen and but that was my only complaint. Great space, lovely rooftop and great for events

Molly and crew were great with helping me organize a small film shoot along on their rooftop patio. All to work within our busy shooting schedule. I couldn't have asked for a better location in the heart of the financial district. Thank you Molly. I hope we can film there again soon!

Molly was very responsive & Michele was very helpful and sweet. The space was as beautiful as advertised. If you look very closely at the details, it's a bit spooky - perfect for Halloween gathering! We had our quarterly sales meeting here and would definitely book again.
