Sarah was a great host. Her studio is awesome and worked really well for our photoshoot. There were lots of unique backgrounds and textures to play with which make this space really dynamic. Thank you Sarah!
Jen E. booked an interview video shoot for 4 people
Sarah was incredibly responsive & professional and made the whole process easy. The space was great with ample natural light and lots of character!
Mikaela H. booked a video shoot for 3 people
Host was very responsive and space had great props to use to film our YT videos. Unfortunately, space was extremely hot because there was no AC and the location was way too noisy (We rent from other spaces in Oakland and the sound is normally bearable).
Alixandria H. booked a production for 13 people
The space was exactly what I was looking for and the host was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend.
Henry R. booked a portrait photo shoot for 2 people
Sarah was a great host and the space was amazing to shoot in. There is a lot of natural light in the building and great furniture to work with. Make sure your equipment doesn't scratch the ground, it's a delicate floor. I would rent here again
Joshua C. booked a video shoot for 8 people
We shot three different interviews each with a different setup and the location was exactly as expected. Sarah was kind enough to do an in person scout with our DP, a virtual scout with our Production Sound Mixer, and she sent us a video tour. Definitely enough space for multiple setups. She was responsive on Peerspace, by email, and by phone and text. Sound wise there is traffic but it's consistent and thus can be edited. Our soundie also had a vocal booth which helped tremendously. On a 10-hour day we only had to pause a few times near the end for motorcycles and sirens.
