About the Space
Large design studio loft run by artist and interior/prop stylist. 1800sf flex space featuring exposed brick walls, hand painted details and original artwork. 10' ceilings, concrete floors, large windows, full kitchen and bath. Long marble conference/dining table, huge flat screen monitor and comfy furniture. 2 free all day designated parking spots. Freight elevator and loading dock. We always love renting Sarah's studio. It has great light, multiple spaces within an open plan, an enormous elevator for all of our gear, and lovely decor that we've borrowed from for our shoots.

Absolutely jaw dropping space!!! Every corner had its own different mood but felt organic, warm and compelling. The space was absolutely perfect for our portrait focused photoshoot. The natural flora and fauna accents throughout really made some of the best shots pop! Sarah was easy to communicate and very welcoming. Access was easy and the facility had everything we needed for easy load in, load out and set up. Even though it was raining the day of our shoot, we still had excellent moody lighting and the interior design and decor made for phenomenal background and props.

Sarah was a great host! She let us use the large freight elevator to carry all of our items, put together a clothing rack for my clothing items, moved around plants/furniture, and helped with moving prop backgrounds. She gave us a speaker to play while doing our photoshoot and was friendly. This space is BEAUTIFUL and perfectly designed.

Beautiful space! We used this space for a newborn photo shoot. It was a very cloudy day so I think it would have better suited for a couples/brand shoot during winter but we made it work just fine.
