Here you will be able to admire the gorgeous skyline with a direct view onto the Empire State Building, while enjoying the privacy of this intimate and romantic space. The space is totally private with no one overlooking onto this garden oasis. With the flowers in full bloom, and 2 bushes of Jasmin giving off a heavenly smell this is the perfect location for private dinners, get togethers and surprise proposals. All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Tatyana is a very nice person, she was on top of everything while we were trying to setup everything. The place was stunning!! I couldn’t be happier with what she had ready for us. Everyone was really happy and having fun while we were there. Highly recommended!

Tatyana was an outstanding host in all facets - very responsive with pre-event logistics (made herself/the unit available to a quick tour and to drop food and beverage items off), flexible in all specifics around the booking itself (start/end times, rescheduling needs, etc.), and just generally made sure that my guests and I felt comfortable, safe, and welcome. The space itself was as good if not better than advertised - plenty of open/outdoor space for covid safe socializing, complete with heating setups, a great music system, and an indoor component with bathroom and kitchen. Everything was decorated delightfully and there was plenty of table area and seating. She also provided plenty of glassware/serving bowls and utensils and took care of the majority of cleanup work after the event ended. It was absolutely perfect for hosting a small, covid compliant birthday gathering. I could not be happier with how the event turned out and would 100% book again.

The space was great. I used this space to host a surprise marriage proposal for my girlfriend. The host was amazing and was working with me to make my proposal special. We were provided the creative freedom to use the space as we like for my proposal. The rooftop was heated all over and it made you forget that it was really chilly outside.

QUEEN TATYANA! We had the best time in this space, it’s super cute and cozy and helped make my small 30th birthday the best one yet. We booked the rooftop garden at the very last minute for an intimate baby shower and it was magical!! Would highly recommend this place. Tatyana was just wonderful with all the arrangements even though it was last minute and we all really enjoyed our time there!

Amazing experience! The venue is beautiful. You can see the Empire State Building perfectly. We hosted an engagement party and the space was the perfect size. Tatyana was super helpful and was able to accommodate all of our requests to make the event extra special. Would highly recommend!

I booked the space for a proposal and had such an amazing experience! The space was incredible. Tatyana had everything set up perfectly. I didn't have to worry about or do a thing besides order food for the afternoon. The building is a walk up which I know some other reviews mentioned in a negative way but it makes the space totally unassuming. It's an easy walk up to a beautiful apartment and an even more beautiful rooftop. Not suspecting a proposal, my girlfriend cried just at seeing the rooftop for our lunch. Perfect! Can't say enough good things!
