Studio 24 - Large Industrial Man Cave Warehouse

First off THANK YOU Art and Claudia for allowing us to use your space for a surprise birthday party as the venue itself was the talk of the night. Definitely a 10 star experience. Claudia was great with responding to our 1 million questions in a timely manner and Art was a great host the night of the party. Art and Mike were there to answer any questions or help with anything from setting up to cleaning up, and giving a tour to our guest at least 20x that night because they were in awe. VERY HELPFUL & RESPECTFUL! Definitely a place to book again ! You or your guest will not be disappointed.

Really fun venue! We had a family event including children and everyone had a blast. We hope to be back!

Although it is in a very industrial area, the inside is truly a hidden gem. All of our guests loved the venue. Art and Claudia were amazing super helpful and super responsive to our needs, very accommodating. They made our event as easy as possible and it was a great success.

- Claudia and Art could not have been more helpful! I was in contact with Claudia consistently before the event and she was always offering to help with finding any other companies that I might need to aid my night such as for the bar, for tables and chairs and for security. - Both hosts were so welcoming before and during the event! - The space is exactly as advertised. Honestly it was even better in person! - We hosted a formal dance, James Bond themed event for around 150 people. - I really couldn't recommend this place more.

Amazing place! One of the easiest event I have ever planned! Everything you need is there! I can’t say enough good things for this venue. ☺️ The management is so welcoming, friendly and very helpful! This made it a lot less stressful for the host.

Very cool place filled with cool memorabilia, lots of compliments on the place, but it's listed as Long Beach and it's actually Wilmington. I had a couple of friends get lost looking for the venue. Great experience, but you might want to consider saying that there's no air conditioning in the back area. It was VERY HOT. There was a fan but it didn't seem to help. Also, I had 2 Grandsons there and they wanted to play the games, I was told on the drive home that Art unplugged all the games in fact my Grandson said "that man was mean" I'm not sure why I was told the games were functional but wouldn't allow kids to play. They were 11 and 13 years old. Although the dog was adorable, he pooped and the smell was so bad that nobody wanted to sit in the area where the outside furniture was, something I found out the following day. We had a great time but I don't remember giving permission to feed the neighbor either. Art being EXTREMELY rude told the taco lady to get out of the neighbors area where I TOLD HER TO SET UP but apparently it was too close to the neighbor across the way, the neighbor that helped himself to my food! Lastly, I had a Bartender but she said Mike was doing way too much, she could barely move around because he was over seeing everything she was doing, we had everything we needed, that wasn't necessary. Again, great one time experience. Thank you.

A wonderful, flexible and unique venue ran by wonderful, helpful people. A truly memorable place to host an event. A++

Hosting my husband’s party at this venue was the best decision I ever made!!! From the overall ambience & decor to the amazing Venue Hosts, Kelly & Art, everything was amazing! My guests had a blast and everyone could not stop talking about how great the venue was! My overall experience was phenomenal & I would love working with Kelly & Art again!
