Our 500 square feet artists' warehouse is one of the few left of its kind, with its weathered wall and stressed wooden floor. It's a great space for meetings, photo shoots, exhibits, or small receptions. There is an abundance of natural light that flows through our three large windows (with eastern exposure). The rental includes the black futon couch, two brown leather chairs, 16 folding chairs and 2 six-foot folding tables. We are located on the second floor. There is a set of stairs upon entering that will bring you directly to the space. There is no elevator in the space. If you are looking to do a pop-up store or gallery and need more set up time, please message me for special pricing on a case by case basis!

Perfect for what we were using it for. Set up the room for my daughters 11th birthday. It was great having tables and chairs available to accommodate everyone. Communication with Laura was wonderful.

Really great space, just as described. The host sent a detailed message about the space that answered my questions. I did a window light photoshoot and love the shots!

This was a great space, perfect for the photo shoot that my friend and I did. Lots of natural light, very spacious, and great features that helped us get some great shots.

The space was exactly as it appeared in the listing, and we made good use of the great natural light, the brick chimney stack, the rustic wall and the blackout blinds. Loved the floor, too. Some of the furniture was in need of repair, but for the price, that was to be expected. We had a bit of confusion with the keypad when we arrived (totally user error: the * and # buttons are reversed on the keypad from standard positions, and it was hard to see in the hall), and we had a bit of a hard time reaching Laura to figure out what we might be doing wrong. But these things happen (sometimes my calls don't come through on my cell phone, either). We finally figured out what we were doing wrong, and when Laura called us back, she was great about flexing the check-out time to accommodate. Pro-tip: BYO towels for drying hands after hand washing.
