I am taking serious measures for keeping the space clean and safe. This is my home where I live. If I am putting you at risk, I'm putting myself at risk. There will be at least 24 hours between shoots and rigorous cleaning. Please ask me if you have any questions. COVID19 RULES: -All Cast & Crew must remove shoes before entering the space. -All Cast & Crew must enter 1 at a time to wash hands for 20 seconds -All Crew must wear a face mask during shoot. Cast does not need to. -May not use any kitchenware. Please bring your own if needed. -All Cast & Crew will keep the touching of items and furniture to what they actually need for the shoot and to a minimum. FEES: -Last Minute Booking Fee: Shoots with crews of 5 or less booked within 72 hours will be charged a $100 fee. Shoots with crews of 6 or more booked within 1 week will be charged a $200 fee. -Changing Date/Time: If the Date or Time of shoot needs to be changed there is a $100 fee Please respect that we schedule the day and other shoots/events around your booking. If you need to change the shoot, that will effect others. BOOKING INFO: -The 3 downstairs bedrooms are off limits during shoots. If you would like to shoot in 1 or 2 of the rooms, or use a room for storage, there will be a $100 fee per room. -Shoots are between the hours of 11am-6pm. Please inquire if desired hours are outside of this or if full day shoot. Night Shoots/Early Morning Shoots available for an additional fee. -For shoots of 6 people or more, you must bring your own: Paper towels, Toilet paper and Trash bags DESCRIPTION: Located in Brooklyn’s hip and artsy neighborhood of Bushwick, our funky loft is a 4 bedroom artist's dream. The building was built in the 1920’s and still has some of the original brick walls. It is newly renovated with central heat and a/c, a speaker system, washer & dryer, and full kitchen. There is a balcony room with hardwood floors that feels like an attic and has an open beamed, 16 foot ceiling with a wood swing hanging from the rafters. The space also features a vintage cherry wallpaper accent wall, 1950’s Coca Cola Refrigerator, green velvet vintage couch, large navajo area rug, plants, trees, one-of-a-kind vintage furniture and props, a beautiful blue kitchen and sliding wood barn doors. *Bathroom is not pictures as we are repainting but it is available to use of course

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The space was very cool but truly not worth the struggle. They not only nickled and dimed is for everything they also claimed that we didn’t book for a video but only still photo and charged us even more. On top of hat they never even left the apartment and repeatly walked through our set. At the end they were extremely rude and had us walk through with a photo of the place even though she knew we hadn’t moved any furniture. It was unfourtante because they completelty killed the vibes on set. Would not book through this host again.

Cute space. Able to move around to create different looks. Host is friendly and stays during shoot to accommodate needs.

The space has a lot of interesting details, but was smaller than it appears in pictures. Also be aware the owner did not allow shoes to be worn on the rug and some of the rooms were unavailable to use as well.
