Welcome to our studio! Your all-in-one event location for any of your Private Parties, Corporate Meetings, Off-Site Events, Team Meetings, Workshops, and presentations, or just to catch up with friends. This is a unique event space in the heart of Pike Place Market in Seattle. We are in the center of the downtown hub, and our space of 2500 sq ft is located in Post Alley. It is perfect for birthdays, receptions, intimate weddings, happy hour meet-ups, retirement parties, baby showers, and any other special event you want your guests to never forget! FEATURES: • Large lounge area • Game room for video games or board games • Karaoke machines • Art galler • Billiards table • Dartboard • 1 onsite staff included for support The venue has a karaoke station included with high-quality visuals and mics, not to mention a large-scale selection of songs to pick from varying from Classic English/Chinese to the latest Korean Pop. The moment you walk in, you'll see the Pop-style art on the walls, the glowing chairs, and the lifesize Lego decorations. The Karaoke lounge in front doubles as an impromptu dance floor and lets you sing and dance the night away. We have a room that is dedicated to gamers for video games or board games. We also have an open room in the back with more lounge area, a billiard table, and a dartboard. There's plenty space for 50 people to hang out, have fun, and enjoy each other's company. We do not serve or sell alcoholic beverages. If you would like to have a drink in our studio, please refer to https://lcb.wa.gov/licensing/online-banquet-permit to obtain your banquet permit. And feel free to bring your own food or have it catered by nearby restaurants. We have a variety of non-alcoholic beverages and snacks for purchase. Rates are tax included. Parking: Use the Pike Place Market Parking Garage: 1531 Western Ave, Seattle, WA 98101 2 blocks from us, $5 all evening if entered after 5pm, normal rates are $4 an hour.
OVERTIME Per Peerspace’s policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Remember to include the time to set up and close during your booking hours. By the end time of your reservation, space must be vacated. CLEANING/ DAMAGES All items brought into the Studio must be removed. Any damages found on the wall, floor, and doors will be charged to the credit card on file in Peerspace. FURNITURE Please let us know in advance if you need the furniture moved for your event. MISCELLANEOUS No smoking or vaping allowed All artwork is for sale and cannot be moved. Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are available for sale. Banquet permits are accepted if you’d like to bring your own food or caterer. You must apply for the permit at http://lcb.wa.gov/licensing/online-banquet-permit (easy 5-minute application for $10) No food or drinks on the billiard table No food or drinks near or on any electronic devices No food or drinks near or on the karaoke machines Peerspace’s cancellation policy applies. Is a cleaning service provided? You are only responsible to take with you whatever you bring to the studio, for example, food/decorations/drinks. All trash and recycling should be placed in appropriate bins at the end of the booking. The included cleaning is we will wipe down everything, vacuum, mop and take out the trash/recycle. Extra cleaning fees only apply if there is excessive trash left on the floors, tables, furniture, food/drinks spilled on equipment/sofa and staff is not notified. We understand accidents happen, just let us know and we are happy to take care of things.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Frank and the staff were more than amazing! The place is even better in real life, and there are various options for entertainments and activities for your guests. He was accommodating and was flexible on extending the event for another hour. I would definitely throw my next event in this venue.

The space was INCREDIBLE! There was so much room and so many different things for my guests to do all night. The staff members on-site were courteous and helpful with any and all of my questions throughout the night. I highly recommend this space for birthday parties. VERY centrally located, so dinner options were boundless before our event. My friends and I will he talking about this space for a long time.

Colorful, comfortable space that made our event more special and fun than a typical conference room. Our team loved the karaoke. The staff on-site were very helpful with AV set up and anything we needed throughout the event.

Loved the experience at this venue. Very cool and bright interiors, functional and great music system connected to the TVs. This had multiple games to keep the crowd engaged like Karaoke, Billiards, Darts and computer games as well. There was onsite staff that was very helpful as well We were a group of 25 people and this was very spacious

The space is really interesting and fun. The attendants were helpful and appreciated. My guests had fun. There were a few things that I with I had known ahead of time. There is a staircase that leads up to the space with no elevator, so keep that in mind when it comes to catering and guests with mobility challenges. There is only one toilet in the space, and the toilet broke while our party was starting. They were able to get it fixed in about 45 minutes, which was appreciated. Also, the very far back section of the space pictured wasn't available for use and was filled with storage items. There were no board games available. Finally, the video games were attached to the same setup as the main karaoke area, so be advised that you can't really do both at the same time. I am rating this space 4 stars because it is well-priced and the service was good while we were there. If not for the good service, I would have rated 3 stars.
