I had an amazing first experience with Peerspace by booking this space. The photos and description are accurate and the host, Trevor was insanely helpful and highly responsive to all my messages and questions. Even on site he was there to make sure our shoot when smoothly. He’s a terrific host and made the whole process very easy and enjoyable. Plus he’s a talented artist who purposely makes his space available at a reasonable rate so that other artists have affordable access to his studio in an expensive city like San Francisco. What a gem he is!
This space is so incredibly beautiful with such great natural light. The host Trevor could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Every step of the way he was there for us. Quick to respond to any questions. We booked this space for our wedding reception and he even let me come by a couple of months in advance so I could get the lay of the land and take photos. On the day of the event his associate Nicki was there to over see the event and answer any questions. She was also super lovely and helpful. We were so so happy to have found this space and be able to use it for our party. Everyone who came had a blast and was blown away by how pretty it was. Thank you Trevor and Nicki!
Wonderful space! We used the space to host a surprise party for my Mom's 60th Birthday Party! We used the black room as the food room and the main room for eating and dancing! Staff is super helpful with setting up! I recommend hiring someone through peerspace or task rabbit to act as a greeter at the door (if doing a party)! The area where the venue is located can be a bit a hard to find and has a few homeless people , so having someone to great and walk guests to the venue is super helpful! Also, they built a new bathroom that is in the black room which is way better than the bathroom that other reviewers have referenced!
