Suitable for: Dance, vocal lessons, music rehearsals, corporate planning meetings, meditation, acting rehearsals, filming, and play readings. A bright and vivacious 30' x 16' studio in the heart of NoHo, this studio comes with everything a dancer needs. Hardwood dance floors and full length mirrors allow performers to make the most of their technique, while a weighted 88-key keyboard presents the opportunity for live accompaniment. Without an accompanist, dancers can utilize our sound system, compatible with both aux cords and CDs. Even for non-dancers, this space shines. A full complement of tables and chairs make it a great spot for corporate planning meetings and rehearsals. Large windows bring in tons of natural light, with blinds and variable light settings providing the option for variable moods. Please note that this space is not wheelchair accessible: a short flight of stairs is required to access the studio. For MUSIC/DANCE: We cannot book after 7pm every day and after 2pm on Saturdays & Sundays due to performances. CASTING CALLS REQUIRE BOOKING AN ADDITIONAL STUDIO FOR HOLDING SPACE. Our lobby is not large enough to serve as a holding space. The charming studio is truly charming! The receptionist was friendly, attentive and helpful. The participants of my circle gatherings all commented positively about the venue. I’ll definetely book again! Wonderful ambience!
Prompt communication. Some mistakes were made upon arrival / we were sent to the wrong space, and a weird argumentative message chain began in the Peerspace interface. Ultimately management adjusted compensation, remedying the situation as best they could. PRO TIP - if you're using the space at opening time (9AM) you could have to wait in line before dancers trying to check into their classes, which at that point, one might suggest just starting at 9:30AM anyhow.
