About the Space
This is a historic home in the Mott Haven section of the South Bronx. It was originally the home of James L Wells who is known as the "Father of the Bronx." President Roosevelt dined in the home upon a visit to solicit political support from Mr. Wells. The home has 4 stories plus a basement and an unusually large back yard. The property extends to what should be another building lot, but this lot serves as our backyard space. This outdoor space is great for special events during the Spring, Summer, & Fall months.

Great filming location. Rooms are on the smaller side and it's difficult to house a large crew here as the stairs/hallways are narrow, but great for a period piece location option.

The location is really beautiful and amazing. The owner is a knowledgeable guy, who is super friendly and very open to film shoot. Ray is really friendly and been very helpful and supporting for our production. It is a unforgettable shooting experience.
