The Farm at the historic Wallace D. Dickinson house is a working heirloom fruit, vegetable, and herb farm. The space is perfect for natural light lifestyle photo shoots or videos. The property is 3/4 of an acre, farming 1/4 of an acre, and the house itself is 3 stories and approximately 4700 square feet. Available production space includes all front & back outdoor space, the farm, and the exterior of the house. Grounds are full sun most of the day, with shade under the large old 70 foot tall pine tree. Front of the house faces due-North. Parking is available on the street and unloading can be done in our circle driveway. An on-site manager will be present during the shoot. There are 110 power outlets on south and west sides of the house.
No smoking. No animals. All production staff entering farm area must wash hands and wear closed toed shoes. Renter must provide shoot manager as well to ensure the safety of crew and property. Renter must carry production day insurance with site named, and provide proof of insurance within 2 weeks of booking. Renter is responsible for determining if their production requires City Issued Temporary Use Permit. Rental time inclusive of load-in and load-out.
It was a wonderful experience. Stephanie responds very quickly. She was helpful for any questions we had. She gave our guests a tour and had everything all set up and ready to go. Their place is beautiful and allowed for us to have an unforgettable time.
