Thank you for your interest in Dickinson Farm for your special event. The Farm at the historic Wallace D. Dickinson house is a working heirloom fruit, vegetable, and herb farm. This is an approximately 3,000 square foot, outdoor private event space located on the south lawn, under a 70 foot pine tree, in the shadow of the historic house and overlooking the working urban farm. Your guests will enjoy the San Diego sunshine and afternoon breezes in this outdoor quiet space, meaning birds will be chirping and the ocean breeze will be in the air. All event rentals include: • Use of the South Lawn event space • Use of (non ADA) Bathroom for guests. ADA bathroom, if needed for your guests must be rented at your own cost. • Use of the Catering Kitchen Due to construction, kitchen is not included in rentals from August 1 through Dec 1, 2018. 10% discount will be applied during this period • Optional: 30-minute tour, focused on the history of the land, why we started growing and how we ended up farming heirlooms. • Optional: Farm Store open for guest shopping (max 2 hours) Available at additional cost: • Biergarten table and 2 benches (seats 6) $60 set • On Farm Appetizer / Bar Station $150 • Place setting (dinner plate, silverware, clothe napkin, water glass) $12 pp **This is an outdoor venue. There is no on-site rain plan. • Kitchen and bathroom to be left the way they were found. It was a wonderful experience. Stephanie responds very quickly. She was helpful for any questions we had. She gave our guests a tour and had everything all set up and ready to go. Their place is beautiful and allowed for us to have an unforgettable time.
