Welcome! Check-in: - You will be greeted at the font desk upon your arrival, after sign-in, and our staff will escort you to the event location at your stated arrival time. Our staff will also brief you on Wi-Fi, Technology, Media etc., and will answer any questions that you might have. - Feel free to reconfigure the furniture to suit your needs - Please inform the staff of any damages ASAP, so that our team may be able to fix them before the next appointment. The cost of repairs will be discussed at the end of your appointment. - If you have catering or any other prior preparation, please contact us in advance to set specific times! Check-out: - It will be much appreciated if the event finishes at the stated end time. - Please pickup any trash left behind and maintain cleanness of the event space. - Please inform the staff of any damages if you haven't done so. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
