About the Space
Airy, quiet, natural light studio in Dogpatch, perfect for photo and film shoots and other production-oriented uses. Use of basic grip, covered parking for up to 3 vehicles, and many additional niceties included. Load-in is a snap with our loading dock and freight elevator. All booking start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up time. We ask that you leave the room in a "broom-clean" state, and dispose of catering, presentation materials, or other clutter before checking out. No alcohol or smoking is allowed, registered personal helper animals only.

Space was perfect. Toured it beforehand. John was the most accommodating host even though we had a few IT hiccups and supply issues. Was on deck to answer any of my questions and provide the best host service. THANKS SO MUCH!!!

Thank you for a great weekend. The space was conveniently located, great restaurants nearby, easy loading, lots of supplies available. Robin our host was LOVELY. Easy to work with and ready to help in any way. The space was a great temperature - some spaces get very hot with the direct sun, it was clean and was perfect for our shoot. I would definitely book again! THANK YOU!

John was a gracious and responsive host. His space was even better than the pictures and included clothing racks, c-stands and V-flats - super helpful for our photoshoot. He also had easy load-in access which helped with transporting all of our props. Thanks John!

Not comfortable. The building is not nice at all. The screen didnt work well. We also had to pay for the chairs to be set up...
