About the Space
Airy, quiet, natural light studio in Dogpatch, perfect for photo and film shoots and other production-oriented uses. Use of basic grip, covered parking for up to 3 vehicles, and many additional niceties included. Load-in is a snap with our loading dock and freight elevator. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Wonderful space! We booked it for a 9 hour studio shoot and the space had everything we needed. The light was great and having the blackout curtains was a game changer!! John was super helpful too. This is my second time renting one of his studios and I love the spaces he provides!

John was a great host, and gave us easy and clear instructions on how to make sure we treated the space with respect and make sure it was cleaned up properly at the end. Will def rent again!

It was awesome to work with John and rent this space. He was super helpful and everything worked out perfectly. The space was beautiful and had all the amenities listed on the site including convenient parking, an easily accessible bathroom and freight elevator. John was also super responsive to my inquiries prior to the rental date and everything was coordinated professionally.
