About the Space
Airy, quiet, natural light studio in Dogpatch, perfect for photo and film shoots and other production-oriented uses. Use of basic grip, covered parking for up to 3 vehicles, and many additional niceties included. Load-in is a snap with our loading dock and freight elevator. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

The space was great, John was an excellent host. Only note: the studio had a bit of noise outside so if filming video here you'll want to be aware that you can hear some street sounds from the space.

John was a great host. He was communicative & helpful ahead of our shoot. The space was clean and well supplied. We loved the ability to have bright light streaming in then transition the space to darkness for projector use. His space is conveniently located next to the freight elevators for easy access and gear load in.

The space was clean and had natural light, chairs and tables as promised. It was the perfect size for our training event hosting 12 people.

Lovely and open space. Great lighting - and freight access make this space very easy to use. John was responsive and accommodating. Will absolutely be working here again.
