About the Space
Airy, quiet, natural light studio in Dogpatch, perfect for photo and film shoots and other production-oriented uses. Use of basic grip, covered parking for up to 3 vehicles, and many additional niceties included. Load-in is a snap with our loading dock and freight elevator. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

The space was clean and as-pictured. The natural lighting is stunning! The area this is located in is great--lots of coffee shops and food spots to easily pick-up from in very close walking distance. Our host, John, was flexible, easy to work with and communicative. He helped provide recommendations for local vendors since we were coming in from out of town. If you're planning to record audio in the space, note that there is some road/exterior noise but it's not anything you can't work around.

LOVE this space! It's very flexible space, and the natural light is fantastic. John was very easy to work with and incredibly accommodating despite our time changes and nutty schedules. We will definitely book this space again.

The space was perfect for our concert - with about 70 guests and 10 performers! The place had chairs and tables for us to set up which made it super easy to convert the studio into a performing space. Coordinating everything with John was easy and he was very communicative!
