- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
Airy, quiet, natural light studio in Dogpatch, perfect for photo and film shoots and other production-oriented uses. Use of basic grip, covered parking for up to 3 vehicles, and many additional niceties included. Load-in is a snap with our loading dock and freight elevator. All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I would not recommend for video interviews or production where the audio needs to be quality. The space is beautiful for photography/music videos, the host is accomodating, and the equipment there is great – but I booked it hoping it was a quiet space, and it was not. Both times I booked there, maintenance and construction were happening in the building and in the area. It caused a lot of extra work in post. Luckily I could salvage it. Again, this is a great space if production audio isn't required.

Beautiful Space for an industrial-style photoshoot! Great light especially in the afternoon (winter) I ran over for 2.5 hours and John let me stay. He also measured the elevator for me beforehand to make sure my stuff can fit. He was also also very responsive.
