Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

The studio was great! Lots of natural light throughout the day. This is the smallest of the studios John has, but with 4 people at any one time we had the space we needed. John was very communicative and has a lot of equipment you may need. Would definitely book again.

I loved my experience using this studio. The location was perfect for me and my client, and was made easy with a parking spot. The studio was stocked and clean with great window light! Communication from the owner was prompt and friendly. Will rent again!
