Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Beautiful space! There is a convenient bathroom right in the space & a fridge and sink. The host was very helpful when I decided on a last minute add on of the neighboring studio. It worked out perfect for my shoot!

I books this space for a photoshoot. John met me there and got me situated with the space. He showed me how to use the freight elevator. The space was clean. John has foam boards to use as reflectors if needed. He also has folding tables you can use. The lighting in the space is just gorgeous! I was super happy with the space and how the photos turned out!
