It is IMPORTANT that you notify me at least 2 days ahead of time for your expected arrival. There are many guests staying at any given time. If you fail to do this you may not have a smooth check in. All shoes must be removed at the entrance, no excuses, thank you. Please mindfully place them on the shoe racks provided at the entrance. Please let me know how much electricity you are planning to use and/or if you will be bringing a generator. I need details of your project and how the space will be used. You are not allowed to use my personal items unless you have prior approval. I do not supply toilet paper, etc. You must clean up after yourself. Clean, respectful, drug-free, laid back and not too loud in respect for individuals who are residing within the space. Absolutely NO outside guests, drugs or alcohol are allowed. When going in and out of outdoor spaces (back deck or front patio), make sure you lock these prior to leaving the house, in addition to the front door upon departure. Please be kind and respectful to other's privacy. I have supplied dish towels and spray to spray the bathroom and counters, please use these to clean after yourself as there are other guests and roommates using the area after you. Do not use something that is not yours, if you are not sure about something kindly text me if I'm not around to ask me. If something is missing please make me aware immediately so that I can help you. As you, I am only human and sometimes can miss things but I try my best to ensure you are comfortable. However it is important that you enjoy your stay so please be open and communicative. No loud music or smoking on the property. Set up and break down should be included in all rental times, so please allot enough time in your rental for this. Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request. You must provide insurance and valid permits for all vendors - depending on how you will be using the space, we can discuss this. Thank you. Zandra
