Central AC included!* Our 1,800 sq ft newly renovated creative loft space located in DTLA. We are two blocks from the L.A. Convention Center, Staple Center, block from Starbucks, Whole-foods and blocks away from popular restaurants in DTLA. With our ample breakout space, our space is perfect for: team meetings, off-sites, conferences, presentations, product launches, dinners, cocktail receptions, and anything else your team comes up with! ***PLEASE INQUIRE FOR HOLIDAY RATES.*** EVENT PRICING INFORMATION: WEEKDAY RATE: hosting up to 45 attendees is at $99/h (rate goes up for 45+ Attendees) MON.-THURS.ONLY WEEKEND RATE: FRI.—SUN. hosting up to 40 attendees is at $119/h Hosting 50-60 attendees is at $139/h or Hosting up to 100 attendees is at $149/h Features: - Large Conference table seating 9 people comfortably - Free parking and easy ground floor load-in - Projector and sound system for presentation - Dimmable lighting - Large floor-to-ceiling windows - Private bathroom - Exposed brick walls - Blinds (diffuses light only, no blackout) - Steamer - Clothing Rack - Divider (For easy changing) - Waiting area for clients - Bar with two stools - 5 apple boxes included in your booking! -cyc usage: please make sure to request cyc repaint for fresh paint if needed. We have a long HDMI cord available for you. Please bring your own USBC connector (for newer computers) I have one available as well if you need - just let me know!

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This was our second time booking this space and once again, it was perfect for our event! All of our guests enjoyed the venue and complimented how nice the party looked there. The host, Fay, was very helpful and responsive just as she was the first time we booked it. We would definitely book a third time.
