Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Pleasanton, our restaurant is your first choice in the East Bay to host your next private event. Whether you are celebrating a birthday milestone, wedding event, or corporate/business meeting, this is the perfect venue. Designed by Architect Jim Maxwell, the contemporary ambiance will surpass your expectations. Our 2,500 square foot space combines both sophistication and energy. Our price includes use of our outside patio, bartenders, food servers, and set up and clean up after your event. The restaurant and bar area will easily accommodate 75 people. We have a smaller space available as well - the Castile Room, which seats 24 comfortably. The outdoor patio is also available for a cocktail/champagne reception and tapas and appetizers. Our amazing bar stocks a large range of liquors, including an eclectic collection of sought after Whiskeys, whereas our wine wall offers a large array of choices, which has been recognized with our 2017 Wine Spectator Award. Our group dining food and drink packages are custom made for you, based on your needs with an expectation of a minimum of $35 per guest. This minimum applies to all private rentals.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Good: the facility is lovely, the food is great, Jim the coordinator was a pleasure to work with. Bad: the room is smaller than implied in the photograph, after the restaurant opened, the noise volume ramped up making hearing in our meeting difficult. Parking is challenging. Probably wouldn't book again for this type of meeting but would for something social. You really need a "maybe" option. So I'm saying "no"

Sabio on Main was the perfect place to host my mom's surprise birthday celebration. Rosemary, the operations manager of the venue, was very easy to communicate with and her staff was incredible and very accommodating. They never said "no" to anything we needed help with or requested. Our birthday celebrant and all the guests were very impressed by the quality service we were given throughout the whole event. They allowed us to bring our own decorations and even provided tables for us to bring our own desserts and presents. I highly recommend this restaurant for all your special celebrations. I would definitely want to book here again in the future.
