The entire back wall is original brick, while the floor is a mix of distressed wood and original tile. The space provides flexible seating options that include booths, chairs, stools, and bar tables, and can accommodate up to 100 people. All bookings must end by 3PM, when we open for normal business hours. One of our staff must be on location for the entirety of the booking, including providing beverages. No smoking. No outside food and bar allowed. Personal use of our bar is not permitted at any time. Space must be left as clean as it was found. All trash must be removed from the premises. All start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.

It was such a pleasure working with Nathan to host our post wedding brunch in Old Oakland. The custom menu was perfect, and everyone had a great time! Best of all, Nathan took care of everything, and was willing to work within our budget. A great experience!
