Absolutely no smoking or alcohol consumption allowed.
There is no bathroom in the studio. We use the WaWa right across the street which has nice clean facilities.
The curved area of the cyc wall is extremely fragile. There is a $200 repair charge for any damage to the wall .
The use of the LED panels are allowed in the rental. You must provide all other equipment you need. Please try to keep the cyc wall floor as clean as possible.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This is a simple studio space with a 12' by 12' chroma green cyclorama. Studio lighting and LED panels provide ample daylight for shooting photography and video. A large pull down green screen is available for green screen work. Quiet, small town setting. Not sound proof, but very quiet and private. Parking on site. West Trenton SEPTA station is a few blocks down the road. Northeast corridor NJTransit station in Trenton, from there taxi or Uber to the location.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
