About the Space
Located in the city's most coveted neighborhood. This airy, sun-drenched LES loft is perfect to conduct photoshoots, film interviews, or stage a scene in your next short film. The space offers an artistic, versatile, and practical work environment full of natural light which is great for production needs. We will only accommodate bookings that meet the 8 hour minimum. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

We rented Haidee's space during fashion market week to use as a showroom. Fantastic beautiful, quiet space in the heart of Chinatown. Haidee was super easy and lovely to work with.
