Large Sunny DTLA Renovated Loft Space // Mixed Media Event Space Tucked away in the sleepy area of South Park, Downtown, we are within walking distance from the LA Convention and Staples center (10 minutes). In May 2018 we opened a new, soundproof music and performance space, suitable for music events, performances, photo shoots, small theater events, and more. This is a great location for events, conferences, and private event/dinners. The space can accommodate 150-200 people standing or 100 sitting. The space is located on the 2nd floor of a commercial building. Parking lots are available around the building. We encourage you to come check out the space before your desired booking date to ensure it is suitable for your needs. Awesome space, big open main room with multiple small rooms. Brande and Michael were super helpful and responsive during the planning phases, and Jay handled everything we needed on-site the day of. We had a company meeting here for our clients during the MWCA 2018 Conference and while the guests at first were timid about the location looking from the outside, rest assured, once they came "inside" they were impressed and asked us how this place was available. Mike and his staff at the location was great to provide extra signage and print them on the doors and walls to come toward the back entrance. Amanda was great in answering all my questions before booking the location/event.
