This 6,000 square foot music studio and rehearsal space features multiple rooms, historic music memorabilia and music equipment. There are hidden passages, secret rooms, 22 feet high ceilings, and authentic equipment used by many famous musicians. The rooms are of various sizes with one containing signatures of some of the artists to pass through (John Lennon, Jimi Hendrix, Etta James, Frank Sinatra, The Black Crowes, Mick Jagger, and Adam Ant to name a few). Established in 1973, this is the first time the venue is opening up to the public and film industry. There is natural light in the outside hall between the two main rooms. The outside has two storage containers, chain link fence perimeter lined with plants. The street side of the building is lined with wood panels, the parking lot side is brick with artistic wings and the rest of the building is lined in tree bark wood planks. We are capable of 200 working amps, 110 volts. A site manager will be present for all filming and tours. Audio gear, grip and gaff, photo equipment, three axis gimbal, and studio music equipment are all available for an additional cost on-site. Please inquire for details.
