The Warehouse is located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles in the midst of the Garment District, Seafood/Produce District, Wholesale Food District, Toy District, Historic Core and Old Bank District. One block east of San Pedro St on the northwest corner of Crocker and 6th. Classic, Brick constructed warehouse with 14 foot ceiling clearance. 6,150 total SF which includes 4,920 SF warehouse (brick wall, bar/club set) and 1,230 square feet of mezzanine with 3 bedrooms sets and 1 bathroom set (under construction). Restrooms available for crew and cast. Additional rooms available for an extra charge of $250 per room. We also have a recording studio for musicians for an extra charge of $400 per day. 3 parking spaces in rear with access from Crocker St and alley. Plenty of parking space in the street for trucks and crew. Parking lot with security in front of the warehouse 5$ per car. AC for the hot summers. You can move everything around and/or build your own set. You can leave your gear overnight, the security system is on point. Blackbird Sound System and a Stage with DJ booth for Live performance footage. (Additional Lighting/Recording is available upon request) - Sound system charge is $500 extra. Amazing Murals on the walls. Wooden Bar. The end price is determined by a number of guests you will invite to our event. For events that exceed 100 people, we will provide the Porta Pottys for $100 per potty and you will need to provide security. If you like for us to provide the security We will gladly accommodate you for $25 an hour per a security guard. Please note that you will need 1 security per 70 guests, so if you invite 200 people you will need 3 securities. Minimum price for 100 attendees is - $1500 Minimum price for 200 attendees is - $2250 Minimum price for 300 attendees is - $3000 Minimum price for 400 attendees is - $3700
Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the warehouse. No sitting on the Piano No liquids at the DJ booth
Mike was truly an incredible host with the perfect space! He had everything together beautifully the day of the event as promised, and went above and beyond to help us out. I felt like I didn’t have to do anything! He had everything we needed, was extremely friendly and great to be around, and made us all feel confident and comfortable that our event was going to go smoothly — which it did! THis place is amazing. I was such in awe in how the owners and staff treated me. They were the best staff I have ever worked with in LA. That's saying a lot. I hope to work with these guys for as long as they will allow it.
