Thank you. ——————— FOOD AND BAR Food and bar minimums are included in the booking rate and typically serve up to 65 guests. Standard bar menus average $8-14 a drink. Food bites average $5 pp, entrees average $15 a plate. After the hosted food and bar reaches the limit you may choose to add more or close out. At this point orders will turn into an additional purchase. We have created a food menu featuring made-from-scratch dishes like braised pork shoulder, charred chive blossoms, and crave-worthy strawberry fried pie. From our indulgent fried chicken sandwich to the light spring taste of our roasted squash, we developed each dish and cocktail with the thoughtfulness to use simple and approachable ingredients. Note, our menus are seasonal and subject to change. RESTRICTIONS: • No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. • No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. • No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. • No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed. - No outside F&B is allowed In the event of Excessive Soiling leading requiring a deep clean, guest will be billed a deep cleaning fee of $1,000 plus any repair costs necessary. DOOR MANAGEMENT: High-traffic Events (ie: casting sessions, large groups or rentals with multiple people cycling in and out during the day) will require someone from the Guest's team to help manage building access. EARLY DROP OFFS & LATE PICKUPS: Early drop offs of equipment outside normal business hours will require a $50.00 per scheduled appointment. Belinda was super awesome and super thorough with filming details. She was super responsive to continuing laundry list of questions and requests. She was super helpful with connecting and coordinating the many and ever changing film activities for B side and for the neighbors @ SF Jazz as well. B side is a stunning location. Modern and clean.
