About the Space
Welcome to The WithInn! This is a truly one-of-a-kind 6,000 square foot backyard environment designed for guests to escape the city and enjoy nature. Custom built by hand in the styles of Bohemian, Tropical, Island and Jungle. Meanwhile, many city perks are within walking distance! We are located in the Franklin Hills of Los Feliz with nearby restaurants and shopping. Parking is easy and available. Standing capacity given the various setups and open spaces would be comfortably 50-60. Seating capacity with chairs, benches, and sofas would be comfortably around 30-40. Large open layout with multiple seating/lounging areas. Outside kitchen within a covered 10 x 20 foot pergola including stainless countertops and sink, midsized fridge, BBQ and microwave. NEW walk-around buffet! Adjacent lounge area with sofas, table and chairs. Also adjacent is a meditation platform 10 x 10 feet. NEW two stage platforms that can be utilized for a central feature or additional seating. Notable features: Waterfalls, ponds, tree house with NEW pulley delivery system!, outdoor lounge, tiki bar, restaurant booth (covered with ambient lighting and music), fire pit, tiki torches, atmospheric lighting, and three different options for projection - 65", 120" or 180" screens. Note: projector works with any device with an HDMI port. Included sound system is designed optimally for the space! Omnidirectional theme park speakers provide immersive sound throughout at tolerable volume levels. Just bring your playlist on your phone, tablet or laptop or ask Alexa to play anything from Spotify! Note: newer Apple devices require a dongle. Outside food and beverage is permitted as well as catering! Ideal for retreats, meetings, filming, photo shoots, dining, trainings, events such as birthdays, baby showers and smaller weddings.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

But Danny’s space is purely gorgeous and it is apparent that so much thought and effort was put into turning the space into an enchanting oasis. Danny was very communicative and helped with setting up before the event. All the guests raved about how unique this place was and definitely made our engagement party even more special. From the moment we first contacted Danny about his awesome space, we were greeted with kindness and enthusiasm. He was prompt and incredibly thoughtful and helpful in all communications prior to our event. When we arrived he greeted us and gave us a full tour and made us very welcomed to be there. We were so happy with everything about his beautiful space. The atmosphere, accommodations, add-ons, like mics and speakers, the helpfulness with how to put our stuff in the space for the event and assistance with our caterer were all over and beyond our expectations. All of our guests were not only impressed, but excited to be a part of our event in Danny's space. His space is creative, full of character, fun and beautiful. Danny is kind, helpful and a genuinely wonderful person. We were so very happy we had our memorial at his space. Thank you so much.

This place was absolutely magical! We rented the space for a recruitment training for 60 of the women in our Panhellenic organization. The space it’s self was beautiful and had plenty of seating for when we broke out into smaller groups. It was a little difficult to fit all of the women in one part of the space comfortably, but we were able to make it work with what we needed to accomplish. Daniel himself was so amazing! He was so friendly and accommodating to all of our needs, including a last minute addition of the rental of his speakers and a microphone. The sound system reached around the entire venue and provided an upbeat ambience for the event. Daniel checked in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. You can tell how much time and effort has gone into creating the wonderful space Daniel has been kind enough to share with us. I definitely recommend booking this space and getting the opportunity to see the elemental beauty Daniel has created. Thank you for having us!

Fantastic space, we had my son's 10th birthday party there, the kids loved it and the adults were all in awe of how beautiful this place was. Danny was very helpful, he made sure we had everything we needed to get set up, and was available throughout the party. This was an excellent experience overall.
