Complete with floor to ceiling windows that provide ample natural light, our 1,400 square-foot venue can accommodate up to 60 guests seated (in our mixed style seating) or 65-100 guests standing (furniture removed at an additional fee). Our in-house sound system offers state-of-the-art acoustics thanks to our custom 9Wood suspended wood ceiling. Our venue is a smoke-free facility. Thank you. RESTRICTIONS: • No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. • No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. • No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. • No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed. In the event of Excessive Soiling leading requiring a deep clean, guest will be billed a deep cleaning fee of $1,000 plus any repair costs necessary. Thank you. DOOR MANAGEMENT: High-traffic Events (ie: casting sessions, large groups or rentals with multiple people cycling in and out during the day) will require someone from the Guest's team to help manage building access. EARLY DROP OFFS & LATE PICKUPS: Early drop offs of equipment outside normal business hours will require a $50.00 per scheduled appointment. IMPORTANT: You will be charged 1.5x hourly rate for any early arrivals or late departures in 30 minute intervals. Please consider your needs for the day and factor that set-up and wrap-up time into your booking accordingly.
Belinda was super awesome and super thorough with filming details. She was super responsive to continuing laundry list of questions and requests. She was super helpful with connecting and coordinating the many and ever changing film activities for B side and for the neighbors @ SF Jazz as well. B side is a stunning location. Modern and clean.
