Wifi and Sonos enabled. Conveniently located in the Mission near the 16th Street BART station, Tartine Manufactory, Gus's Market and Heath Ceramics. One secured parking spot included with rental, with easy loading dock and freight elevator access... Projects with more than 20 people in attendance are possible, but at a higher (negotiable) rate. Weekend and night time rentals are charged an additional fee of $300. Discount rates available to non-profits on a case-by-case basis.

The space was perfect for our shoot! It's actually a lot more spacious in person than in the photos I would say and we had ample room for our crew and cast. Jordan was super communicative and accommodating, and our on-site host Georgia was the best! Her pup put smiles on everyone's face in the middle of our hectic shoot! The space was super convenient and right next to the large elevator lift by the building's loading dock for quick load in/out. I would definitely recommend the office space if you are looking for a location like this.
Such an amazing place to film in. Jordan and his team are true professionals and made our experience in his space an exceptional one. Hope to film here again in the near future.
