A full service event and performance space in its own right, the 40' x 20' lobby is ideal for hosting receptions, fundraisers, musical performances, book and art premiers, and catered affairs. It has a full bar available for all events, and high top cocktail tables and chairs, plus large 12 foot central table. A smaller theater downstairs that seats 80 and availability for off-sites during the day. Guests are encouraged to take all trash upon end of booking to avoid this fee. LOAD-IN TO LOAD-OUT Included in booking rate. Please coordinate with the facility manager for any and all drop offs and pickups THE DAY OF the event. An additional fee per day will apply for any load-in and load-out outside of date of the booking. RESTRICTIONS: *No smoking. *No open flames. *No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. *No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. *No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. *No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed. INSURANCE: Additional Event Insurance is required and may be obtained through Eventhelper.com. Please list the host as additional insured. DOOR MANAGEMENT: High-traffic Events (ie: large groups or rentals with multiple people cycling in and out during the evening) will require someone from the Guest's team to help manage building access. We had a amazing Robot Building teambuilding event here and it was perfect. Andrew and Connie were awesome and super easy to work with and the unique creativity of the space allowed us to bring the cultural San Francisco artistic feel to our international team visiting the area. The event was laid back and chill and the ease of the experience will certainly bring me back for future events.
