To provide the best experience hosting to families or corporations and the following house rules are set to assure a safe,relaxing and enjoyable space with minimal inconvenience to our neighbors and protect the eco-system in the community . 1. MAX onsite: 60 guests (Under 12 not included ) and 30 cars parking for all events 2. No DJ on-site, guest could use house speaker or acoustic band is permitted with respectful volume . 3. All SMOKING, Cannabis, tobacco leaf are all prohibited on this 10 acre land. Littering of above banned items lead to fine of $200-$1000 DECOR RESTRICTIONS: --No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. --No glitter or confetti of any kind of chemical pigment is allowed on site. --No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. INDOOR SPACE RULES --No pets for indoor space --No Indoor cooking, pre-cooked food warming is acceptable --No furniture moving/handling without permission POOL USE SAFETY --No glassware within the pool area --Swimming pool liability waiver must be signed before event. GUEST CLEANUP --All Trash should be placed in bags or in the bins --Remove all event decorations and recycle --Turn off all AC, amenities and all lights including pool and gazebo areas SETUP + BREAKDOWN TIME is all included in your booking hours. --In need of extra setup and decoration removal time, please consult with hosts before booking. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. We booked this space for a bridal shower. The space was even better than described. Clean, gorgeous views, easy access. Our guests very much enjoyed themselves and commented on how lovely a setting it was. Our host was very kind and accommodating. She responded to our many questions promptly. When rules were unexpectedly required to be changed she contacted us immediately and fortunately everything worked out for both parties. Would absolutely book the space again.

We loved this place. We rented the house to celebrate our baby shower & it was amazing. The kids loved the pool with the waterfall, the gazebo was perfect for shade since it was 90 degrees out. Catherine had excellent communication and made sure anything we needed she tried to accommodate. Highly recommend

Communication 10/10 Home 10/10 Pool 10/10 Beautiful home and outside space. Had about 50 people over to the home and all were in awe and enjoyed the venue. When the time came to leave and we wanted to extend our time, Catherine responded fast and we were able to extend for another hour. Would definitely recommend-this house exceeded my expectations. We rented this space to throw my son a surprise 18th bday party and it was perfect from beginning to end. The property has 3 different parking locations so it was helpful in having all cars park in back and have him drive right up to front of house without suspecting anything. The home was beautiful and the pool was enjoyed by all guests. So many of the guests couldn’t stop complimenting the home and thinking of booking it themselves.....that says a lot. Catherine was very accommodating and very quick in her responses to any questions we had. We definitely recommend this property!

We had our son’s first birthday here at this wonderful property. The space is exactly as the picture shows. The space was beautiful and all our guests enjoyed it so much. We kept hearing everyone say how perfect and amazing the place was. There’s activities and places for our guests of all ages from 1 year olds to 70 year olds. When it got too hot outside, we had the option to go inside the cozy and quaint house with AC. The host and her husband were super responsive and helped us in anyway they could. They were also very nice people and easy to get a hold of. I would totally rent this place again.
