NO exception: --All event must be Smoking free and Drug free, Strictly. -- No DJ allowed, Keep Speakers and Band performance at a respectful level and tuned down after 9pm DECOR RESTRICTIONS: --No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. --No glitter or confetti of any kind of chemical pigment is allowed on site. --No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. INDOOR RESTRICTIONS --No pets for indoor space --No Indoor cooking, pre-cooked food warming is acceptable POOL USE RESTRICTIONS --No glassware within the pool area --All minors are under direct supervision of guest. Swimming pool liability waiver must be signed before event. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. We rented this space to throw my son a surprise 18th bday party and it was perfect from beginning to end. The property has 3 different parking locations so it was helpful in having all cars park in back and have him drive right up to front of house without suspecting anything. The home was beautiful and the pool was enjoyed by all guests. So many of the guests couldn’t stop complimenting the home and thinking of booking it themselves.....that says a lot. Catherine was very accommodating and very quick in her responses to any questions we had. We definitely recommend this property!

We had our son’s first birthday here at this wonderful property. The space is exactly as the picture shows. The space was beautiful and all our guests enjoyed it so much. We kept hearing everyone say how perfect and amazing the place was. There’s activities and places for our guests of all ages from 1 year olds to 70 year olds. When it got too hot outside, we had the option to go inside the cozy and quaint house with AC. The host and her husband were super responsive and helped us in anyway they could. They were also very nice people and easy to get a hold of. I would totally rent this place again.

I LOVE THIS VENUE!!! I recently rented this space because I wanted to have a big 30th birthday pool party. I stumbled upon this wonderful property and immediately inquired about reserving it for my celebration. Cathy and her husband are such wonderful hosts and made this whole experience extremely pleasant. Cathy constantly communicated with me throughout the whole process and really made us feel at home. I love the fact that I was able to visit the property a few weeks before to see the space and ask any questions I had. There is plenty of parking and a map is provided, but I would suggest bringing additional signs in case guests don't follow the provided map. The entire backyard was amazing and the BBQ gazebo was great for grilling and relaxing. Our favorite part was the pool of course! It's a spacious pool (3ft to about 8ft deep) which also has a jacuzzi and waterfall. It was such a pleasure working with Cathy and her husband that I will definitely be renting this space again and highly recommend it for any event. Thank you again for everything!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to host a Birthday Party! The weather cooperated too so we utilized the pool which all the kids adored. The hostess was very communicative and answered all our questions before the event. Many of our guests were even looking to maybe hosting their next event there too! Highly recommend!

This place was beautiful, peaceful, and gave off a great vibe. It was the most perfect place to host my mother's 60th birthday party. The property itself was the talk of the party with it's breath taking views and resort like feel. Catherine had great, fast ,and reliable communication throughout the planning of the party.She was very accommodating when it came to certain request. I most definitely would purchase venue again for another family get together.

This venue was perfect for my wedding and reception. The views were exceptional! All my guests say our photos look like postcards or even photoshopped. The host was in constant communication for any possible changes and provided ample parking spaces for all our guests. She was very welcoming and my guests were thinking of reasons to have a party, just so they can use this venue for themselves.

Catherine really made this day magical for us. We hosted a wedding reception in her backyard and had a close group of family and friends attend.
