The founders, Drew and Chelsea, personally handpicked all of the elements in the space to create an aesthetic that films and photographs beautifully. Plus with a motorized glass garage door and ramp, loading in for a production has never been easier. See what makes us different: Reclaimed Wood Wall – Drew and Chelsea drove to Ephrata, PA and purchased two barns that are over 100 years old. The reclaimed wood wall gives the space warmth and character. Kitchenette – Make yourself at home in our kitchenette. It has granite counter tops, a 50 lb icemaker, and a refrigerator with a freezer. Coffee Bar – Coffee makes early call times a little better. A complimentary coffee bar is included in every video production rental. Garage Door – The motorized, glass garage door can be put up to allow for easy load ins for productions Open Floor Plan – Our venue is blank canvas for you to build whatever set you like. High Ceilings – 20 ft ceilings create a spacious, inviting atmosphere. Polished Concrete Floors Parking Garage – One of the great things about coming to our studio is the parking. We are less than half a block away from a 6-level parking garage. The best part? The first two hours are free and max parking is just $8. Rates- Half day and full day rates are available.
