Inspired by our world travels, the space has been designed to help bring guests a little boho zen. Every single piece in the home was carefully curated to bring the same feelings of peace, simplicity, and fulfillment we experienced while traversing through magical sacred places. Our space has been perfectly staged equal parts minimalist, mid century, and bohemian--or as we call it "modern bohemian." Lots of plants and natural materials all throughout, give the home an abundance of fresh energy and an urban jungle vibe. The unit was recently renovated and all furnishings are brand new. No one resides in the home on a regular basis. This is the perfect backdrop for stylish fashion, lifestyle or product photoshoots, music video/film/TV/commercial shoots, youtube tutorials, etc. And a sweet bonus: you'll have access to our huge driveway that fits 6-8+ vehicles (dependent on size) to make your production shoot as easy and efficient as possible—convenient + a rare amenity in LA. Things to note: This is space is part of a duplex unit. Our neighbors are extremely gracious + hospitable and won't be in your way. In return, we ask that our guests respect all house rules and treat our space with care. The mini kitchen is equipped with a sink, mini fridge, induction stovetop, toaster, tea kettle, french press, 1 pot, 1 pan and all your basic kitchen supplies.
