What was once a bread factory (built in the 1950s) is now a high-design creative space centrally located in LA's booming artists' enclave, Frogtown (Elysian Valley). Its massive 2-story walls of windows, gorgeous wooden arches & beams, its polished concrete floors -- evoke the best in SF-style warehouse living....with one important difference: this warehouse district is perched directly on a serene, green stretch of the LA River. It's Downtown but without the downtown overcrowd, traffic snarls, and parking problems. This 2-floor loft is the live-work space of two working creatives. The 2nd floor is designated "live space" for residents and is not included in rental - but may be considered for an additional fee. The Main Floor is 1500 square feet - it's vast & customizable. It has 3 uniquely-designed lounge areas featuring an impressive array of antique and industrial collectibles. Private patio & workshop for storage & staging. The abundance of natural light, high ceilings & easy load-in/load-out bay area are ideal for photography. All in all, a meticulously crafted & curated space perfect for your next shoot. Rate: $175/hour, 2-hr minimum.

It was great space but the manager was a little bit picky to us. I think it could be greater if she was better to us. Anyway I got great photos in there!
