Update: Presently Only Accepting 1) Photo Shoots, 2) Video Shoots w/o Sound Recording, or 3) Video Shoots w/Sound Recording on Sundays What was once a bread factory (built in the 1950s) is now a high-design creative space centrally located in LA's booming artists' enclave, Frogtown (Elysian Valley). Its massive 2-story walls of windows, gorgeous wooden arches & beams, its polished concrete floors -- evoke the best in SF-style warehouse living....with one important difference: this warehouse district is perched directly on a serene, green stretch of the LA River. It's Downtown but without the downtown overcrowd, traffic snarls, and parking problems. This 2-floor loft is the live-work space of two working creatives. The 2nd floor is designated "live space" for residents and is not included in rental - but may be considered for an additional fee. The Main Floor is 1500 square feet - it's vast & customizable. It has 3 uniquely-designed lounge areas featuring an impressive array of antique and industrial collectibles. Private patio & workshop for storage & staging. The abundance of natural light, high ceilings & easy load-in/load-out bay area are ideal for photography. All in all, a meticulously crafted & curated space perfect for your next shoot. Rate: $160/hour, 2-hr minimum.

INTERIOR SPACE: Rental is for 1500 square-foot 1st floor of Loft. 2nd floor access is negotiable. Host will be onsite during shoot. STAGING: Furniture may be moved for shoot -- but must be returned to original setup before departure. Please handle items with consideration and care as many our unique and irreplaceable. Also, take photos before moving furniture & changing setup as a reminder of how to re-stage the space to original configuration. PARKING: Parking is street parking only. Small freight vehicles can unload at unit and park on street. NO Early Arrivals. Doors open promptly at scheduled shoot time. No loitering by crew/cast/client in driveway or parking lots ahead/before of shoot. NO tape on the floor. It will remove finish & cause expensive damage. OUTDOORS: No shooting or staging of lights/equipment outside of Loft. PLEASE NOTE: All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear-down time, so please include that in your reservation. SECURITY DEPOSIT - A security deposit MAY be required via Venmo/Paypal. It will be returned to you after your event, provided that the space is returned in the way it was received. INSURANCE: Liability Insurance required. SMOKING: No smoking allowed. PETS: No pets allowed. CLEANING: you will be responsible to leave no trace behind, take out trash, return everything to original setup. OVERTIME-- If you go over your booking time, you will be charged Time & 1/2. DAMAGE -- Accidents happen, but we require that Production inform us if anything is damaged during its use. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings. BOOKING: To ensure your event is a success, please be clear & upfront about what you are planning. Each booking request should include the following: *Desired date(s) *Max number of Cast / Crew / Clients *Exact hours you will need (ie. 7am-7pm) including load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down. *Equipment\food\drinks situation AVAILABILITY: 7 am to 11:00 pm

This space was incredible to work in. Literally every corner was interesting and filled with vintage furniture, art and decorations. I shot on a really cloudy day but light was still plentiful (but soft). I highly recommend this space.
