About the Space
One floor (4,000 square feet) of a contemporary art gallery located in the Gold Coast of Downtown Chicago, near the John Hancock Building and the historic Water Tower Place. Concrete floors accompany a cool, industrial-but-polished vibe. Perfect for a unique daytime meeting space or to host a cocktail reception for up to 100 people. Rules
All booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. Party inquires will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Food is permitted with vendor restrictions. Alcohol is permitted with a DRAM-certified Bartender. Certificate of Insurance required. Respect for the art and furnishings of the gallery is required. Damages may result in additional charges.

My experience at this venue was amazing! I booked the venue for a surprise birthday for my wife and I didn't get a chance to view the venue prior to the event. It looked very nice from the pictures though and so I went ahead and booked. When I arrived to the venue with my wife for the party, I was even more impressed and she was completely blown away. I received compliments from guests the whole night about how nice the venue was. Sarah and Anne helped ensure everything went smoothly prior to and day of the event. Overall, I would highly recommend this space. When it comes to unique event venues, it doesn't get any better than this!
Sarah was an absolute pleasure to work with, very accessible and extremely accommodating to our many requests. The space is perfect for a large variety of events and our guests were ecstatic about the experience and the space. Defintely will book again, highly recommend. Cant go wrong with Artspace 8
